Almost two years after their marriage, Sovita has opened up about her married life and relationship with Naga Chaitanya. In an interview, Sovita said that she never imagined marrying an actor or anyone from her state. However, since childhood, she had a dream of a wedding that would reflect her culture and traditions.
Regarding her post-marriage life, Sovita said that a few weeks after her marriage, that is, in December 2024, she had to go to Tamil Nadu for a shoot. She stayed there for more than 150 days. Due to this, the two of them got very little time together in the first year of marriage. Even due to her busy schedule, Sovita could meet Naga Chaitanya maybe once a month.
It is worth noting that Naga Chaitanya and Sovita kept their relationship a secret for a long time. In 2022, after a vacation photo surfaced, the two started dating. Later, on August 2024, the two got engaged in an intimate ceremony in Hyderabad. A few months later, on December 4, 2024, the two got married according to Telugu traditions at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad in the presence of family and close friends.
This is Naga Chaitanya’s second marriage. Earlier, he was married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. After about four years of marriage, the two separated in 2021. Later, Naga Chaitanya and Sovita’s relationship came under the spotlight and eventually it turned into marriage.
